Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged, doesnt match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you want to return. We will respond quickly with return instructions.

Valid reasons to return an item:

  • Delivered item is damaged
  • Delivered item is deficient
  • Delivered item is wrong
  • Delivered item doesnt match the description or picture
    (Note: Color may slightly vary due to screen resolution)
  • Delivered item doesnt fit

NOTE: Please include your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid delays. Hand it over properly to the Drop-Off Station or Pickup Agent.

If the returned item doesnt meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

Note: If your return is rejected, the item will be delivered back to you within 7–10 working days. After three failed delivery attempts, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

You can expect to receive your refund within 10 working days of handing over the return package, although most refunds are processed sooner.

This timeframe includes:

  • 7–10 working days: Return transit to our warehouse
  • 3–7 working days: Return processing & quality check
  • 7–10 working days: Bank processing of refund

Refund types:

  • Refund from returns – Issued after warehouse receives item and QC is successful.
  • Refund from cancelled orders – Triggered automatically once cancellation is processed.
  • Refund from failed deliveries – Starts after item returns to the merchant (timing may vary based on location).
